Mind Therapy Gold Coast – using Counselling and Psychotherapy techniques.
Welcome to our website, my name is Tony Grant. Mind Therapy is based on Tamborine Mountain in the Gold Coast hinterland.
We also use Skype and Zoom to help clients who are unable to travel to our clinic.

Psychotherapy is a very powerful tool through which we can help you to change your life by changing the way in which you react to circumstances in your life.
The range of benefits achievable through psychotherapy is really only up to you.
Psychotherapy is about how your mind deals with what life puts before it.
A Psychotherapy counseling treatment involves the use of many psychology techniques like:
- Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT),
- Mindfulness, Family therapy,
- Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT),
- Insight oriented (also known as psychodynamic) therapy,
- Narrative Therapy and more.
Many of these techniques include adaptions of the original therapy’s and can be used in conjunction with Hypnotherapy to create opportunities for rapid change.
With hypnosis you can expect to see an immediate change from the very first session. But every person is different and every issue different in some way.

Background – About Us
Tony holds a Grad Dip in Counselling from the Australia College of Applied Psychology in Brisbane.
He has also studied Advanced Hypnotherapy techniques plus he is a Reiki Master and Pranic Healer.
From his past corporate life he also holds:
Bachelor of Arts (Accountancy) from Canberra Uni.;
Grad Dip in Corporate Admin from Uni. NSW Grad School of Mgmnt., Sydney;
Grad Dip in Computing from Monash Uni., Gippsland;
Master of Business Admin (Major in International Marketing) from USQ., Toowoomba.
